When I first started yoga in December I was stiff in the joints, weak, stressed out, had high blood pressure and a hard time sleeping without medication. I have greatly enjoyed taking yoga classes with Anne Platt. She is a wonderful instructor. After I am done with her class I feel so peaceful and relaxed. It is my strong belief that yoga, as taught and practiced by Anne is extremely therapeutic.
